All items sold by Tesouro Studio are Vintage or Antique, which, by definition are “used” and often show signs of natural ageing and/or use. As such, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds on items.

Tesouro Studio strives to source items that are in good working condition, whilst also respecting the age-related imperfections that add to their value and the charm of their past, story and previous owner(s). We will often prioritise maintaining parts of an item in their original condition so long as function is not sacrificed.

We strive to ensure that our products, including any defects related to age and use, are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Photos act as part of an item’s condition report. As such, please take the time to read the description and review images with care before committing to a purchase.
